Japa 365, 6-Way Cassette Knife

This 6-way cassette knife is designed to be used with the Japa 365 Basic and Pro versions. The cassette design helps reduce stress on the knife during splitting.

Installation of a new processor knife is incredibly easy. On the underside of the machine, where the knife is installed, there is an arm with a pin in it. By removing this pin, you are able to remove the existing processor knife by simply lifting it up and out of the machine. The new knife is placed in the same slot. Then, all that is left to do is insert the pin and re-secure it. The entire process takes one to two minutes to complete.
