    Shipping Notes

    While it is possible for us to ship select sauna kits, due to their size, there are some restrictions. Sauna kits ship via LTL Freight. Any kits that are longer than 84" cannot be unloaded via liftgate and will need a forklift or similar piece of equipment on hand to unload.

     

    If you are unable to unload the unit when scheduled for delivery, the shipment will be subject to additional storage fees. Likewise, a change of address for the shipment will also be subject to additional fees. If you are unable to arrange for unloading yourself but would still like it delivered, there is the option to add a tilt tow truck for $1250 to deliver.

     

    Trucking companies do not have an obligation to unload the sauna if they feel the method is unsafe and will not back their truck into your driveway to unload. All sauna crates must be picked up from the end for unloading, which means any equipment used to unload must either have extra long forks, or fork extensions to safely unload.

     

    We offer free pickup at our Merrill, WI warehouse for ordered saunas, and we have a forklift on site that is able to load any of the saunas we offer. If you have any questions regarding pickup or shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Warranty

All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. ("LeisureCraft") are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, usage, or care instructions.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no charge. However, the replacement of parts will not extend the original warranty period.

This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of parts and does not cover any associated service, labor, or installation costs.
